By only answering a couple of questions online, Rupert’s will provide you with a quote for your car.

Does my car need to be complete to receive the quote I received online or over the phone?

To receive the entire amount, the car will need to be complete.
Which means the entire car, catalytic converters, battery, and wheels.
If the car has been in an accident, that is not a problem, and the quote for the car will stay the same.

What are the benefits of coming to a U-Pull-It?

You can save a lot of money by removing parts yourself.
This also helps ensure you get the correct part the first time and know how it will need to go back on your vehicle.

How old do I need to be to enter the yard?

To enter the yard, you need to be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.

How much does it cost to enter the yard?

To enter the yard, you must be 18 years old, sign a waiver form, and pay an admission fee of $2.00.

Do you inventory parts for the cars?

Rupert’s inventories the vehicles in the yard and is happy to provide customers with a list of potential donor vehicles for their parts needs.

Will Rupert’s help me pull a part?

Rupert’s will help a customer pull a part for an additional charge once the part and the service fee have been paid in advance.

What tools can I bring?

You can bring any hand tools or electric tools you have, including an electric reciprocating saw.

What tools are not allowed in the yard?

We do not allow jacks, torches, oxygen bottles, compressors, generators, or grinders.

Can I smoke in the yard?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the yard.
If at any time someone is caught smoking in the yard, they will be removed and banned from the facility.

Are pets allowed in the yard?

Pets are not allowed in the yard for the safety of other customers and themselves.
